August 28, 2011: What a wonderful joy it was to celebrate with Pastor Workman his 50 years of ministry this past Sunday. I believe that every heart was blessed of God as we celebrated this special day. I want to thank everyone for their hard work and faithful attendance. Please pray for Pastor Workman as he is now in Kenya serving with our missionaries. I know he will be a great blessing to them and likewise they will be a blessing to him. Please pray for his safety and his ministry in the Bible college. Thanks for making this trip possible for Pastor Workman!

August 14, 2011: We have been considering the matter of prayer over the past few months here at TBT. Why so much emphasis on prayer? Because we are such a needy people! We have a God that wants to meet our greatest and deepest needs. We must comprehend the truth that the strength of our prayer rest in the fact that God hears and answers them according to His will. It is this faith that gives you and I boldness to pray. When you and I have the confidence that God hears us, we will be drawn to pray and to persevere in prayer. We are told in Scripture that if we pray with confidence in God’s promises, that God will hear our prayers and will grant us that which we pray for. Let us not neglect the great privilege that we have to bring every need to our God who wants to provide for his children. We are such a needy people. Just think about all the physical, spiritual, and material needs that we have- LET US ALL PRAY!!!!

August 7, 2011:
Brother Howard Cooper has led the Fair Booth Ministry for many years, and many faithfully soul-winners have assisted him in this worthy and God-honoring ministry. Praise the Lord for the many professions of faith that have been made through this ministry. Sue and Don Owens were first contacted through the fair ministry. Both of them received the Lord as a result of this contact, and Don is now in heaven with Jesus and Sue is a faithful member of TBT, Praise the Lord! This year we are moving to a new location on the fair grounds and believe that this will give us much more activity at the booth. BUT, WE NEED WORKERS!!!!! Would you give your time at the booth this year? We greatly need your help! Please sign up and attend the workers meeting on this Tuesday evening and season this week with prayer. May God give us many souls for His Kingdom!
God Bless, Pastor Mulvaine
