Junior Camp

Junior Camp is a time of fun for junior aged children centered around a different environment containing Bible memory, games, contests, skits, food, activities, chapel time, devotions, and fellowship with other people of like ages.

This camp put on by Troy Baptist Temple for over forty years has been blessed by God. Many children have been impacted for life whether by salvation, re-dedication, assurance, or getting right with others. It also is an encouragement to the workers to serve the children, and help them amke godly choices in their lives.

To help the children focus on God during this week, there is a speaker that is brought in to give God’s Word to the children. This starts as early as flagraising, and goes throughout the day with several chapels. The days end by the cabin counselor having devotions each night with those in his cabin.

Whether it is the fun, fellowship, food, or preaching that brings you, one thing is for sure: God will speak to your heart at this opportunity of Junior Camp.
