Singles Ministry

The Singles Ministry is more than a Sunday school class. It is a group of individuals motivated to:

• help others,
• learn about God’s Word,
• better their knowledge and application of God’s Word to their own life,
• serve at Troy Baptist Temple in various ministries such as music, ushering, nursing home, and many other areas, and
• F.O.C.U.S. on Christ.

In addition, the Singles Ministry strives to better serve others by attending singles retreats, spending time together as a class, and studying subjects in class such as the Holy Spirit, the life of Joseph, the Fruit of the Spirit, being conformed to the image of Christ, the armor of God, preparation for marriage, and many others. It is a friendly environment that contains food, fellowship, and friendly discussion and teaching.

The Singles Ministry is about service to God through the local church, and about how one can have a closer walk with God.
